Jenkinsfile for the pipeline

This is the real pipeline!

ToDo ToDo for another PR:

  1. Handle failures of each stage as described in the TODO there.
  2. Make sure that the stdout of all stages and scripts are actually passed to Jenkins.

This will require not only working on the Jenkinsfile but also the common and other wrappers.
